About Purpose & Potential Services
Purpose & Potential Services LLC is a Texas-based small-group life enrichment program designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our program provides meaningful opportunities for participants to build independence, develop social connections, and engage with their community through structured experiences.

Purpose & Potential Services is not a medical provider, therapy service, or licensed clinical program. Our services are designed to supplement other activities such as employment, volunteer work, and participation in other programs.
Eligibility & Participation
Our programs are designed for individuals who are able to participate in small-group, community-based activities with a level of independence appropriate for the program setting.

Participation is subject to availability and may require an intake process to ensure the program is a good fit. Purpose & Potential Services reserves the right to determine appropriate placement and to decline or discontinue participation if the program is not the best fit for the individual or group.
Program Structure
Purpose & Potential Services provides small-group experiences that may include community outings, social activities, volunteer opportunities, and skill-building experiences. Specific activities may vary.

Participation in community-based activities may involve transportation and interaction in public settings.
Payment Terms
Program fees are communicated prior to enrollment and are subject to change. Payment is required to reserve a participant’s spot in the program.

Fees are billed on a monthly basis and are due on the 1st of each month. The initial month may be prorated based on the participant’s start date.

A brief grace period may be provided for late payments. If payment is not received within the designated timeframe, participation may be paused until the account is brought current.
Program fees reserve a participant’s scheduled spot and are not based on attendance. Refunds or credits are not provided for missed days.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the small-group nature of the program, refunds are not guaranteed for missed days or participant absences.

In the event that Purpose & Potential Services must cancel a session, reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include rescheduling or credit.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in Purpose & Potential Services may include community-based activities and outings. By enrolling, participants and their families acknowledge and accept that these activities carry inherent risks.

Purpose & Potential Services takes reasonable precautions to promote safety but cannot eliminate all risks associated with participation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purpose & Potential Services LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program or use of this website.
Communication
Purpose & Potential Services primarily communicates via email. By submitting an inquiry or enrolling in the program, you agree to receive communication related to services, scheduling, and updates.
We strive to respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and program materials, is the property of Purpose & Potential Services LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Privacy
